Dennis Rainey
The link above will bring you to a Stepping Up promotional video.  The Stepping Up Simulcast will take place on August 4, 2012.  During the simulcast Dennis Rainey, and several others will challenge and equip men to "Courageous" manhood.  This is an excellent follow up to the movie Courageous. If you fall into one of the following categories, this simulcast is for you:

• A Man who is  stuck between adolescence and mature manhood who needs someone to call them to step up.
• A Man who needs a bigger vision for what real manhood should look like.
• A Man who has learned what it means to be a man, but is unskilled at reaching down and calling the next generation of young men to step up.

Follow the link above regarding inidividual/group costs and times.

2012 NWI Ministry Team Basketball Tournament (3rd Annual Iowa Best Shootout Basketball Tournament)

Click on the internet link above to find information regarding this year's tournament.  Plans are already being made for the 2013 Iowa Best Basketball Tournament.  Next year's tournament will be held at the Campus Center of Dordt College.  If you are interested in receiving more information regarding the upcoming tournament please see the contact information at the bottom of this post.

On March 30 and 31, The NW Iowa Ministry Team held its third annual Iowa Best Shootout Basketball Tournament at Western Christian High School in Hull, IA.  During the weekend, over twenty teams participated in four different division. Teams of 7th and 8th grade girls, 8th grade boys, 9th grade boys and 10th Grade boys competed against each other on Friday night and Saturday.  A total of 42 games took place leading up to the championship games on Saturday evening.

We as a Ministry team would like to thank all of you who made this years tournament a success.  Without the many participants and volunteers this tournament would not have been possible.  A special thanks to all of the coaches and players who signed up.  God has given His people many different gifts and talents.  For some, those gifts and talents are in the area of sports.

Thank you for using your gifts, in the area of sports, to help the NW Iowa Ministry Team promote its commitment to "Godly Marriages In Every Home."  Our goal is to assist husbands and wives as they attempt to follow God's design for Marriage.  We can assist those who may be struggling or those who may wish to make their marriage stronger.  We can do this by providing resources and material that will teach and enhance what, according to Scripture, a Godly marriage looks like.

If you have any questions, or would like to speak to a NW Iowa Team member, please do not hesitate to contact: nwiministryteam@gmail.com or Terry Dolieslager @ 712-301-6001.
